When I was a kid my father lived near a reindeer farm. When I was really little I thought they were Santa's reindeer, which basically meant I thought about Christmas all year round. There was something magical about them, and I hope you can find a little bit of that magic in these 10 reindeer Christmas crafts.
I think I like wooden reindeer ornaments more than any other kind of ornament made out of wood. Wood and reindeer just go together in my mind. Just look at Gina's wood slice reindeer ornaments. I need a Rudolph one.

I can't believe that Ashley turned an old brown sweater into a reindeer hat. She also made snowman and elf hats using the same method.

I recently stocked up on some clear glass ornaments but I'm kicking myself for not buying craft paint. If I had, I'd be making one of these reindeer hand swirled ornaments that Rachel featured on her blog. You can make Santas too!

I like sewing projects that are simple enough even I -- with my limited sewing skills -- can do. Kat's appliquéd reindeer pillow is one of those projects. You don't even need a sewing machine!

When it comes to Christmas crafts, I've decided that glitter makes everything better. Sure, you could make Maria's glitter footprint reindeer with brown paint but just look at how awesome they look with glitter!

Bliss has some serious advanced planning skills. She made this log reindeer in July! Luckily for those of us who are not quite so organized, wood is available year round so nothing is preventing us from making one right now.

I know you know a kid who needs one of Amber's reindeer hooded towels.

You know how you can buy those pre-cut wooden shapes in craft stores? I always look at them and think that I don't possess the painting skills to do anything fun with them. I've been schooled by The Graphics Fairy. Paint them all in one color and then cover in glitter to make these sparkly glitter reindeer ornaments.

Rachel's reindeer bags are super cute. You could use them as treat bags or as gift bags.

What would a craft list been without a good printable? Printables are awesome for people like me who don't have a lot of artistic talent. I want to frame some of Rachel's reindeer printables and add them to my Christmas mantle.
What's your favorite reindeer craft?
