Wino! DIY Coasters!
How cute are these coasters?
Having a husband in the wine industry means we have A LOT of corks laying around. No, it's not from all the wine we drink (I Promise)...but it is pretty cool...I mean think of all the project possibilities? I even have a full Pintrest board dedicated to cork projects. Though like most things on Pintrest..."I say ooohh, how cute"...pin it...and then forget it.
But today we actually attempted our first cork project and I will say these coasters came out pretty cute! So if you want to give it a try (I am sure you have some corks laying around, right?) here is how we did it.What You Need:
- Wine Corks (We used about 3 per coaster)
- Plain Coasters (We used old ones that needed some sprucing up)
- A Steamer
- Serrated Knife
- Hot Glue Gun
- A leveler (did you know you have a leveler on your IPhone!)

Step 2: |
Once you have cut your corks even and made sure they are the same height it's time for the fun part, GLUE (I've been around a toddler for too long, getting so excited about glue and all:)
Step 3: |
And there you have it! Now, get busy...while I search for more ways I can glue corks together!
