DIY Peel and Stick Removable Labels

I might have mentioned before that I hate to waste money. I really don't like to throw away things I might be able to use. I often spend more money than I intend to when I buy my craft supplies, even though I do use coupons. I save and use scraps of yarn, usually making yarn wreaths like my spring and summer wreaths. I generally save the scraps from my decoupage projects like the tin can planters, pretty decoupaged pots and this teacher's appreciation gift. I even saved the scraps of clear contact paper I used for the ninjago wall decals. Since I have the scraps and since store bought printer labels can be pricey, I use these left over scraps to make easy do-it-yourself peel and stick removable labels for cheap. You just need a printer and contact paper scraps. I print out my labels (get your free printable here or make your own at Picmonkey. ) and cut them out. (If you don't want to make them yourself then you can order custom labels from my Etsy Shop.) I use two scraps of contact paper. Peel the back off of one scrap and place it face down. I then place the label also face down on top of the adhesive side of contact paper. Then I put the other side of contact paper non sticky clear side down on top of the label, with the paper backing still on the second piece of contact paper. Cut around the label. Make sure to leave about half an inch around the paper where the two pieces of contact paper are adhered to each other. Then stick them wear you want them!   I used this one on my favorite tub and tile cleaner. Since I need to make some "blue magic" and got a new spray bottle I thought I would share my peel and stick removable labels with you guys :)
