Here's a cute and easy shirt idea that's perfect for Halloween and every other day of the year!
I found this shirt at Target (on clearance for $1.80!) but any shirt works.
Next, I drew the shapes for the ears and whiskers but you can use this printable that I made for you. (Click the picture for the link to the printable. I made the printable the exact size as mine but if you need it larger you can increase your printing percentage.)
After printing, trace the ears and whiskers onto freezer paper, and cut them out. (Holding them up to a window works great for tracing or even the light of a computer screen!)
Take a minute to get everything placed, then iron the freezer paper (plastic side down!) onto the shirt. Press firmly to really make sure the edges adhere and let it cool for a few minutes.
Paint with 2 thin layers of fabric paint.
Let it dry thoroughly. Resist the urge to peel the paper off too soon! (Look to your paint for drying times and other instructions.)
This is the final product. I love how simple it is!
