i combed the interwebs for some sort of a paper punch storage and i came up empty. i found nothing i was very fond of. nothing i was willing to do. i did not want my craft punches out in the open on a shelf or something. i wanted them put away, but very accessible and usable. i moved a few things around in my little IKEA (helmer) drawer carts (mainly i got rid of junk and consolidated a few drawers) and came up with four empty drawers. 
before, my paper punches were in this not-so handy dandy tote. too heavy and dangerous. 
this huge square paper punch had no home until now. 
i put the newly emptied drawers all next to each other and added my punches in an organized fashion. 
yay! it doesn't look like i have as many punches. i didn't throw anything out - everything is here + that huge square. i put the decorative scissors in the back of the top drawer. plenty of room for more punches ;)
