I know people who start their Halloween crafts in September. I applaud their obviously superior organization skills, because that is so not the way things roll for me. The way it works in my house: I look at the calendar, realize Halloween is a few days away, and then I say, "GAH!" So here's a list of crafts for the BlogHers like me out there who need fun Halloween crafts they can whip together quickly.
No-Sew Monster Trick-or-Treat Bags

My first thought when I saw Tiffany's no-sew monster trick-or-treat bags was that I wanted one. Upon further reflection I've decide that is not true. I want at least three.
Pine Cone Spiders

I love a good pine cone craft. They are usually used to make adorable things. I don't think you can deny Melissa's pine cone spiders are both cute and creepy. It's all about the eyes.
Halloween Mason Jar Creatures

I am one of those people who have oodles of Mason jars around their house. Most of them do get used for canning or storing food but I bring the others into service as needed. I think these Mason jar creatures are a need. If you don't want to fill them with candy, colourful art supplies like pom-poms would work.
Glow in the Dark Terror-arium

I generally scurry in the opposite direction of terrariums: No matter how foolproof they are, I am confident in my ability to kill whatever lies inside. Ana's glow in the dark terror-arium has very little in it I can kill—just moss—and is totally spooky. Admit it, you want one.
Ghost Bird Feeder

Milk carton bird feeders are a classic and I love how Megan's ghost bird feeder looks like it is saying one long, "Boooooooo!"
What Halloween crafts are you making this year?
