When we get the first big snowfall of the year, I always wonder if it is good snowman snow. What's the point of having a bunch of snow if you can't make a snowman with it? I don't always get to make a snowman outdoors before Christmas, but I can always have one indoors with these snowmen crafts. No mittens required!

When I make snowmen outside they tend to be a little off-kilter. I love that Joanne purposely made her clay snowman charm that way. While she added a keychain to hers, I would like to have a trio of them sitting on my Christmas mantle.
Christina's felt snowmen are the ones I picture in my head when anyone mentions snowman crafts. They are absolutely adorable and I really might need to make these.
With all their different pieces and potential accessories, snowman can make great quiet time toys. Make a felt fold-up snowman toy like Sarah's and pull it out on your holiday road trip. Surprise! You'll have some happy -- and hopefully quiet -- kids.
Amy's Mr. Frosty tin is another excellent quiet time toy. You could even glue some small magnets to the back of the snowman pieces.
Can't sew? No problem! All you need is some socks, glue, and rubber bands to make BlogHer member Suzanne's easy no-sew sock snowmen.
Ashley's snowman wrapped candies aren't just crafts -- they also make delicious gifts. What kind of candy would you wrap?
It you can sew and have little ones in your life, put Deby's adorable applique snowman on list of things to make. It's a great way to turn a plain shirt into something special and seasonal.
If you are hosting a children's party during the holidays you'll want to check out Sarah's DIY magnetic snowman. Blindfold the kids and have them decorate the snowman!
I love dice games and I want to play Stephanie's snowman dice game. Cut out a bunch of snowman pieces and get ready to have fun with the whole family.
