Hey y’all!
You know the drill, linking up with Darci for Five on Friday, Karli for Oh Hey Friday, Amanda for Friday Favorites, and Erika for Friday Favorites.
Let’s get started!
One
In case you missed it I shared my Ballard Designs knock off pet food tin on Wednesday, be sure to go check it out if you haven’t already!
Two
This has been my view for most of this week.
I feel like a big snot ball and I sound like a man that just smoked two packs of cigarettes.
Sexy.
The plus side of this is that I’ve been able to catch up on my Bloglovin’ feed and I’ve got some drafts done for future posts.

Last Saturday Corey and I went to a local pizza place, Rudy’s Pizza, with some friends that we had never been to before. It’s in Sperryville, VA (aka the middle of nowhere) just about 15 minutes from the casa. The pizza was amazing and it was connected to the Corner Store (this store has been in business for over 150 years) and Thornton River Grille. After we ate our pizza we bought some beer at the store and looked around a little bit and my friend Becca and I found this Steve’s Ice Cream.
Since I’m an avid coffee connoisseur I bought the Cinnamon Coffee flavor and Becca got Sunday Morning.
This stuff is ah-mazing. Best $8 I’ve ever spent.
Four
Did any of y’all watch Sons of Liberty? Corey has always been into history and in high school history class I was more interested in getting to know Corey than actually learning.
*Fun Fact: He was with someone else at the time and we didn’t start dating until two years after we graduated high school.*
Obviously this was a three night miniseries that was way more entertaining than reading a book but whatever. Living in Virginia, there is so much history around here I’m trying to stop being ignorant and take advantage of all the cool historical places around here.
Five
As long as I’m feeling better tomorrow, I’m meeting an old co-worker for some wine tasting at Barrel Oak Winery. When we go wine tasting, we make sure to pack a lot of food because we both like to eat.
I am in charge of making these Pressed Picnic Sandwiches and Liz is going to make this Bacon Jalapeño Cheese Ball.
We’ll have cheese and some other things and since I don’t have a Whole Foods near me Liz is bring the best curried chicken salad from Whole Foods.
Corey wants buffalo chicken dip on Sunday for the super bowl so I’m predicting I will gain 5 pounds in the next two days.
What are your plans this weekend? Seahawks or Patriots?
